I cannot open a IRCCs IMM Form.
IRCC forms that need to be validated using the “validate” button at the bottom of the form use special encoding. You need a computer with Adobe Reader 10 or higher to use them. Download the IMM form into your computer and then open it with Adobe.

How can I check my application status?
It depends on the type of application. You may enter your GCKey and see it online or you may consult your Authorized Representative who can check through his/ her IRCC Authorized Representative Portal.

It depends on the type of application that is submitted. It is difficult to provide an exact timeline but, your representative may provide you a tentative timeline usually IRCC will take to process your file. You may also check the processing time by clicking the below link

When do I need a Police clearance to submit?
You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.
IRCC online system will ask for a police certificate for if a) you and your family members who are 18 years or older AND b) every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row. Police clearance are even required to be submitted for all your dependent family members aged 18 years or above, even if they are not accompanying in your application.
