What we do?
Detailed review of client information forms, and other documentation. Building of professional, and personal profiles. Provide checklist of documents required to apply for provincial nomination and/or permanent residency to ensure that client has complete documentation ready prior to submission of an application for provincial nomination and/or permanent residency. Provide information and guidelines to obtain IELTS acceptable results and World Education Services (WES) (Educational Credential Assessment) equivalency. Conduct research on various Study programs suitable for the Student or Permanent immigration programs to experience holders and advise our client on which would be the most viable way for him/ her to get selected by the college, visa approval chances and chances to become a permanent resident if staying for a longer duration in Canada and/or what would be the steps, educational courses, documents or other requirements that you must meet to have a reasonable chance of succeeding in a student visa or a permanent residency application. Counsel our clients until issuance of the results of the student applications or for provincial nomination and/or permanent residency. Advantage of representing your case at Immigration Appeal Division or Immigration Division of Immigration and Refugee Board of IRCC. Preparation of Application forms for submission to the Visa offices abroad, Provincial Nominee Program Office and/or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in cases of applications for provincial nomination and permanent residency of applicant and dependents if applicable. Follow up, when necessary, with Visa offices, PNP and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada officials regarding the status of your applications. Follow up, when necessary, with other concerned departments of the Government of Canada regarding the status of your applications. Assistance and advice in preparation for your interview with Visa officers, PNP and/or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada should an interview be necessary. Providing instructions to you from time to time. Assessing the applicant’s eligibility in different programs other than Express entry to come to Canada. Provide detailed review of the educational, employment credentials and the family composition. Detail review of supporting documents, recommendation letters, statement of purposes and educational credentials along with language requirement. Detail review of the IRCC Federal EE process requirements including updated settlement funds.
Provide updates on Atlantic Immigration Pilot program (PEI, NL, NB and NS) on the application submission process. Review IELTS results and recommending the threshold to secure language marks. Review client emails and documents by corresponding on time to avoid any delays.
Advice clients to provide missing, additional and supporting documents with expert counseling to the candidates on application processes, documents required, financial requirement knowledge, language requirements by the candidate. Support into your IELTS preparation with our online training materials.

What we don’t do
Doing incorrect or wrong assessment result by misguiding you on immigration programs and eligibility. Mismatching your job descriptions and applicable NOC. Forwarding your profile to some staff member or agents who are not authorized to counsel you or assess your profile and charge you. Unachievable guidance or unrealistic counselling on Immigration programs that are way beyond your reach. Providing hidden charges or surprises at a later stage. Not entertaining off hours calls or messages if they are unimportant. Charging exorbitant fee to the clients. All our fees are as per the average processing fee charged by any other Immigration Consultants across Canada.
Processes we follow
Post Assessment Stage: Contact our RCIC Mr. Sanjay Adhikari or book an Online Consultation with him. You may also fill up our Online Assessment Form and send to us. Once the RCIC verifies your credentials, an online or telephonic consultation can be booked to discuss your immigration matter. You may also receive your Eligibility Assessment Report to know where you stand. If you are qualifying and interested to apply to immigrate to Canada, then you may go through our Retainer Copy . If you are consulted, satisfied and made up your mind to proceed further then, you may hire me as your representative by making the sign up payment, receive your document checklist and move forward as the First Step towards Immigrating to Canada.
Documentation Stage: Validating your personal information form or questionnaires given to you or getting the scanned documents, Personal Information form filled. Setting up your Immigration profile through the IRCC Authorized Representative Portal. Preparing and starting your Immigration documentation. Finalizing and submitting your Immigration profile as per your chosen and eligible Immigration process like Express Entry or Provincial Nominee Programs. Prepare you to be ready with Immigration Application government fee (if any) . Further checking your available and eligible Immigration Application processes and prepares your additional document accordingly as per IRPA.
Selection Stage: Receiving your Immigration updates. Our RCIC constantly monitors your application through the IRCC representative portal and provides you any updates as and when received from IRCC right on time. Once, your application process further progresses then make any pending service fee as per your Signed Retainer Agreement to move further. Checking and monitoring your application for any updates during the process and thereafter preparing, reviewing and submitting further documents that are required as per the IRCC update. You will not only get the guidance on documents that are needed to submit but also, guidance on various other processes like how to obtain police clearance certificates, medical examinations requirements, suggestions on university educations that are accepted by different IRCC designated Education Credential Assessment providing bodies, licensure requirement processes (if any) required as part of your application process and even guidance on study in Canada and choice of one of the best colleges and universities that our RCIC associated by acting as an Recruitment Agent of ApplyBoard Inc. Canada. You must pay your Visa Processing Fee, Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF), perform your Medicals and Security Checks and update any changes like family composition or any other as per your changed situations.
Approval & Settlement Stage: Prepare your application for passport submission or any visa Interview preparation if requested by Visa office. We represent you at any Canadian Embassy abroad or IRCC offices across Canada. Prepare your Landing in Canada is one of the key step. Fee Structure : The Fee provided for your reference purpose that is actually charged for any immigration case within our normal scope of work. It may increase depending upon the amount of complexity and hours of work involved in any particular case.

The third party fee like WES application fee, IELTS fee or any other applicable fee like Biometrics are also not included in the above fee structure. All clients are encouraged to pay the application fee by themselves at IRCC Payment web page and provide the receipt to the RCIC. The government fee may change without any notice. The applicable application fee will have to be paid by you as per the IRCC provided guidelines in place.
