You acknowledge and agree that NINE-S Canada Immigration is a private registered Member of ICCRC’s company and that any fee you pay should be directly in conversation with its RCIC Mr. Sanjay Adhikari and only upon him providing you the Signed Agreement and Payment Instructions upon availing his services. Any payment without prior acknowledgment to the RCIC or paid to the third parties are not a subject of a question. You are responsible for doing such third-party payments on your own.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use including, without limitation, the payment of the fee, a user can use the any links provided to check its eligibility. They are intended purpose, and may not be used to prepare immigration forms, supporting documents or letters on a professional basis.

Transactions, Payment Fraud and Collection

If any problem regarding any subject occurs, including financial reimbursement, please do not hesitate to contact NINE-S Canada Immigration’s customer service department. In case of solving the problem unilaterally by the customer through cancellation of transaction by the bank, NINE-S Canada Immigration reserve the right to contact the bank to investigate the matter. Any payment dispute must be brought to the notice of the RCIC. No payment shall me made to anyone else pretending to be the RCIC, its acquaintances or representing the company NINE-S Canada Immigration. Payment confirmation must be made with the RCIC only.

NINE-S Canada Immigration reserves the right to use a third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions to process payments made by you in connection with your use of the offered products and/or Software.

In any case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment), NINE-S Canada Immigration does not held any responsibility for any lost transactions. Such occurrences have to be dealt with the transacting financial institution or third-party financial payment transfer providers.

No Warranties

No guarantee of Visa Acceptance

You understand that the Canadian Immigration Programs are based on Immigration or Visa Officers of IRCC and therefore there cannot be any guarantee that a visa will be granted. Security

NINE-S Canada Immigration and the Site take every precaution to protect users’ information. Processing time

NINE-S Canada Immigration shall endeavor to provide the best service possible in a timely manner and as stated. However, its ability to consummate its tasks relies on your providing the required materials in a timely manner, on third parties and on circumstances that are beyond its control. You may always be visiting the IRCC website provided and the processing time that is stipulated by the Government authorities for any chosen program. The processing time varies from time to time. Your authorized representative will communicate with IRCC whenever it is needed to know updated status on your file. These are applicable to only those applicants who have retained and paid the RCIC as per the signed Retainer Agreement.

Breach

Without derogating from or limiting our other remedies, NINE-S Canada Immigration shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to or use of the offered products and/or Software in the event of any activities which are in breach of the Terms of Use or conduct which, in NINE-S Canada Immigration’s judgment, interferes with the operation or use of the offered products and/or Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The websites of NINE-S Canada Immigration may permit you access to third party websites. Your access to and use of any third -party websites, including any goods, services or information made available from such websites, is governed by the terms and conditions found at each third- party website, if any.

Legal Restrictions
